Personalities are not the reason why the world is looking at trade wars, military conflicts. These are products of choices we made 15-18 years ago and therefore the train has left the station. The consequences will stay with us for 5-10 years. We need to take it as given when we look at our own policy options and priorities, the CEA said before speaking about the impact of tariffs and global uncertainties.
