‘They said we do dhandhebazi for ₹500’: FIR filed after racial slur row in Malviya Nagar, Delhi

Delhi Police registered an FIR against Harsh Singh and Ruby Jain after three women from Arunachal Pradesh alleged racial slurs and criminal intimidation during a dispute over AC installation dust in South Delhi’s Malviya Nagar. Police invoked BNS Sections 79, 351(2), 196 and 3(5), called Section 196 cognizable and non-bailable, and said investigation is ongoing with no arrests so far.
