Vietnam President To Lam began his first State Visit to India with a ceremonial welcome in New Delhi as both countries marked 10 years of their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. India and Vietnam are expanding defence, trade and supply chain cooperation amid South China Sea concerns, with bilateral trade reaching $16 billion over the past decade.
