Speaking at a rally, he said Pakistan’s youth must rise to the challenge, adding pointedly, “Live a life of peace and eat your roti calmly, or else, my bullet is always ready.”
Referring to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people, mostly tourists, were killed, PM Modi said India had waited for 15 days, hoping Pakistan would act. When it didn’t, he gave the armed forces a free hand to strike back under Operation Sindoor.
PM Modi slammed Pakistan for nurturing terrorism and said, “India believes in tourism. It brings people together. But Pakistan thinks terrorism is tourism. This is a big danger to the world.”
He added that Operation Sindoor was proof of India’s zero-tolerance policy. “Whoever makes India bleed will bleed in return. No one will be spared,” he said.
Operation Sindoor
Launched on May 7, Operation Sindoor was India’s response to the Pahalgam attack. The Indian military struck terror camps in Pakistan and PoJK, killing over 100 terrorists, according to government.Indian forces also retaliated against Pakistani aggression by hitting their airbases, showing a clear and strong stand against terrorism.
Rs 53,400 crore development push in Bhuj
During his visit to Bhuj in Gujarat, PM Modi also laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth over Rs 53,400 crore. These include green energy projects, port upgrades at Kandla, and major road and water infrastructure work.He said, “Earlier, all of Gujarat wouldn’t get such big projects. Today, just one district is getting this. This shows how far we’ve come.”
