'Strive to achieve zero stubble burning': Centre to Punjab, Haryana, UP and Delhi govt
On Wednesday, Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar called upon the state governments of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and NCT of Delhi to strive for achieving zero stubble burning in the very near future.
