Responding to the uproar, Northern Railway's official handle blamed "temporary blockage of pipes" for the mishap. They assured that the issue was promptly addressed by onboard staff.
"Slight water leakage was observed in coach because of temporary blockage of pipes! The same was attended and rectified by the staff on the train ."

As the video gained traction, social media users didn't hold back. One user quipped, “When you pay the full amount for the ticket, the railway will provide AC as well as a waterfall.” Another sarcastically noted, “New facility added in Vande Bharat train... if you forget shower in morning no worries, Railways are helping you.”Previous Incidents

Acknowledging the issue, the DRM Delhi (Northern Railways) escalated the matter to DRM Lucknow (NR) for investigation and resolution.
