Sidhu Moosewala murder 'mastermind' Goldy Brar declared terrorist under UAPA by Centre govt
The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday declared Satinderjit Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, as a terrorist under the anti-terror law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).The notification, issued by the government, stated that Brar is associated with Babbar Khalsa International, which is a listed terrorist organisation under the said act.
