Siddhanth, who is the brother of actor Shraddha Kapoor, has been asked to appear before the Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) on 25 November to record his statement.
Social media influencer Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has also been summoned. He has been called to the ANC’s Ghatkopar unit on 26 November after failing to appear on Thursday and requesting more time.
According to investigators, both names surfaced during the questioning of Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, a key accused in the Rs 252-crore mephedrone (MD) seizure case.
Shaikh, also known as Lavish, allegedly organised rave parties in India and abroad, which he claimed were attended by film personalities, fashion influencers, a politician, and a relative of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
Shaikh was deported from Dubai last month. He was first arrested in the Rs 252-crore MD seizure case from Sangli in Maharashtra and later taken into custody by the ANC’s Ghatkopar unit.
Siddhanth Kapoor had previously been detained in Bengaluru in 2022 on charges related to drug consumption.
Investigators are now cross-checking all statements, verifying identities, and examining the alleged links between high-profile attendees and the accused.
