On Thursday a petrol bomb was hurled in a police booth. However, no one was injured.
A petrol bomb attack took place at the Directorate of Health Services or the DHS campus in Shillong which burned a vehicle.
According to preliminary information, unidentified miscreants allegedly hurled a petrol bomb at the DHS campus at around 3:30 AM on Thursday, while security personnel were on night duty.

On Wednesday a vehicle parked inside the premises of the office of the Directorate of Mineral Resources in Shillong was damaged after miscreants allegedly hurled a petrol bomb on Wednesday.
The incident took place at Risa Colony around 3:15 pm when employees were still on duty inside the office.
Police from Laitumkhrah Police Station immediately rushed to the spot and launched an investigation into the incident.
Earlier on September 12, two unidentified persons on a two-wheeler hurled petrol bombs at Laban police station in Meghalaya's Shillong.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Wednesday assessed the situation at Directorate of Mineral Resources (DMR) at Risa Colon following a petrol bomb attack.
Sangma, along with the Chief Secretary and other senior officers, rushed to the spot.
The Chief Minister, meanwhile, assured compensation for the damage to the private vehicle owned by a DMR officer.
Sangma also stressed the need to install more CCTVs in all government offices to detect perpetrators of such incidents.
