Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's bail plea in the ED case has been transferred by the Supreme Court to the Allahabad High Court for hearing on November 16.
The Supreme Court has transferred Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's petition seeking bail in a money laundering case registered by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to the Allahabad High Court.
The Supreme Court urged the Allahabad High Court Chief Justice to list the petition before a division bench for hearing on November 16.
The top court also asked the High Court to pass interim orders on Khan's bail plea on November 16 itself.
