Russia pushes INSTC trade routes: Putin says, ‘Azerbaijan agreed, talking to Indian friends’

Russian President Vladimir Putin has praised PM Narendra Modi’s efforts to find a peaceful end to the Ukraine conflict, saying Modi has “very good ideas” for a mutually acceptable solution. With Russia facing changing trade and energy pressures, and the US authorising tariffs of up to 100% on major buyers of Russian energy, connectivity is gaining fresh importance.
