Rs 64,000 rent for 3BHK in Noida? Social media user's claim sparks debate
A user on X, identified as Raj, sparked a debate by claiming to pay Rs 64,000 rent for a 3BHK in Noida. Sharing a balcony view, Raj's post drew skepticism, as typical rents are lower. Raj defended the high rent, citing better facilities. The claim...

"Paying 64k in Noida to work from the balcony and enjoy this dreamy view," wrote Raj on X, where his post has garnered attention.
Generally, rents in Noida tend to be lower compared to Delhi, even in upscale residential areas, contingent upon factors such as apartment size, location, and proximity to metro facilities.
Despite this, Raj's assertion of paying Rs 64,000 as rent in Noida sparked skepticism. Many X users noted that typical rents in Noida range between Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 for 3BHK apartments. Furthermore, some users pointed out that Raj's balcony lacked extravagant amenities like a pool or garden, leading to accusations of dishonesty.
Responding to the allegations, Raj stood by his claim, stating, "I feel we’re paying a bit too much for what we’re getting, though the facilities in this society are better compared to others, and it’s not too far away from Delhi."
Social media platforms buzzed with incredulity as users questioned the feasibility of Raj's rent claim. "Not possible. Here in a good society max you will be charged 30k for 3bhk. Not more than that!! You are in which society?" remarked one X user, to which Raj disclosed his society's location in Sector 121.
Many inquired why Raj opted for Noida when he could potentially secure a better apartment with a superior view in Delhi for the same rent amount. In response, Raj cited difficulties faced in finding suitable accommodations in Delhi due to landlords' reluctance to rent to bachelors.
Raj's claim continues to fuel discussions online, prompting debates about rental trends and preferences in the Noida-Delhi region.
