"In these five months, we have disbursed Rs 18,000 crore towards social pensions to 64 lakh people. We have increased the pension from Rs 3000 per month (during the previous YSRCP regime) to Rs 4000," he said.
The CM further said his government is aiming to attract Rs 4 lakh crore investments creating four crore job opportunities in the next five months.
Attacking the previous YSR Congress regime, he said the state plunged into Rs 10 lakh crore debt and the present NDA government is cleaning up the financial mess.
Listing out the schemes launched after the TDP-led NDA government took over, Naidu said the government has already launched free LPG cylinders (up to three) to beneficiaries.
According to him, so far 50 lakh people have booked cylinders under the scheme-Deepam-2.
The CM said as promised during the run up to the assembly polls, the government has started supplying quality liquor at reduced prices.
