From priority to allocation criteria: Centre releases revised guidelines for COVID vaccination drive
The government has issued revised guidelines for implementation of National Covid Vaccination Programme.

Under the new guidelines, private hospitals may charge up to a maximum of Rs 150 per dose as service charges.

State Governments may monitor the price being so charged.


Earlier, in a major shift in policy, the Centre said it would take full responsibility and decided to procure 75% of the stocks from manufacturers and supply it for free to states for the 18+ years from June 21.
