Jaipur, May 19 (IANS) A court in Ajmer has ordered the registration of a case against Bharatiya Janata Party City President Ramesh Soni for allegedly reposting and sharing an objectionable social media post targeting the Delhi Chief Minister.
New Delhi: Upholding the Intellectual Property Appellate Board's decision directing the Trademarks Registry to remove 'Reddy' from the name of Reddy Pharmaceuticals, the Delhi High Court also restrained the Hyderabad-based firm from manufacturing, selling or using the name 'Reddy' for its products, ruling that it is similar to the 'Dr. Reddy's' trademark of Dr Reddy's Laboratories (DRL).
