Advocate Abhinav Chandrachud, representing Allahbadia, sought urgent hearing on the grounds that Allahbadia has been summoned today by the Assam Police. He also sought clubbing of multiple FIRs lodged against the influencer across India over his recent inappropriate comments.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar took note of the submissions of the lawyer but denied urgent hearing, saying the plea would be listed in two-three days.
