Union home minister Amit Shah on Tuesday said that no one has the courage to insult our borders or our Army.

Shah was interacting with IPS probationers of the 2023 batch (76 RR) of the Indian Police Service. He said that the BJP government has done a lot to provide tight security on our borders and the rest is also being done. Shah added that earlier J&K, northeast and Left Wing Extremism-affected areas were the three sores, but now the government has succeeded in reducing violence by 70% in these three places.

Shah said that now the culture of making both demands and aspiration for change through democratic process has reached the bottom, due to which big protests that were seen earlier have now ended.
