At Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Mishra met family members of those who lost their lives in the crash, observed the DNA matching process, and directed authorities to provide complete assistance. He emphasised the need for a seamless and compassionate approach. He also met injured victims and instructed hospital officials to prioritise their treatment and recovery.
Mishra later visited the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Gandhinagar, where he reviewed the DNA sampling work.
