Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Manipur and Tripura to inaugurate various projects on January 4.

A senior official in the Manipur government said, “Modi may address a rally however nothing is finalised”.

Elections to the 60-seat Manipur assembly are likely to be held in February-March next year along with the assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Goa.
