‘Preferential nuclear access harms global rules,’ Pakistan on Canada uranium deal with India

Pakistan has expressed “concern” over Canada supplying uranium to India following Operation Sindoor, warning the deal could undermine global nuclear non-proliferation norms. Islamabad says the arrangement may destabilize South Asia’s strategic balance by enabling India to expand its fissile material stockpile and nuclear arsenal.
