Prayoga has tied up with 10 schools from across Karnataka, working on experiential learning of science and researching with 600 students.
Prayoga Institute of Education Research, a Bengaluru-based educational nonprofit, will host a talk by former Indian Institute of Science (IISc) director P Balaram at RV Teachers College auditorium on Saturday.

The organisation will also honour the eminent scientist on his receiving Bruce R Merrifield award for 2021 from the American Peptide Society for his life-time contribution to science. He is also the first Indian scientist to receive the award.

About 400 delegates from research institutions and universities across the country are expected to participate in the event, Prayoga founder HS Nagaraja said in a press release.


Balaram and another former eminent IISc scientist PR Krishnaswamy have also joined Prayoga’s advisory board, which is headed by former Chief Justice of India Justice MN Venkatachaliah.

With a 40-member team of educational researchers, Prayoga has tied up with 10 schools from across Karnataka, working on experiential learning of science and researching with 600 students.
