Postage stamp to be released to honour Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishor Manikya Bahadur

Union ministry of Communications, Department of Posts has informed former Chief Minister Biplab kumar Deb that it has approved the proposal for the issue of Commemorative Postage Stamp on Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishor Manikya Bahadur.

Sunil Sharma DDG (Philately) has in a letter to Deb who was member of legislative Assembly and now Rajya sabha mp stated, "I am pleased to inform you that the proposal for the issue of Commemorative Postage Stamp on Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishor Manikya Bahadur has been approved by the Philatelic Advisory Committee.
