In his message, PM Modi expresses his gratitude for being chosen to represent the citizens of India during the pran pratishtha ceremony. He mentions that there are only 11 days left for the consecration of Ram lalla in Ayodhya and expresses his excitement to witness this auspicious occasion. PM Modi also reveals that he will be performing an 11-day special 'anushthan' starting from today.
Modi explained that strict guidelines for 'Pran Pratishtha' are outlined in scriptures, and he is following them based on guidance from eminent spiritual figures. The rituals will commence at Dham-Panchvati in Nashik, associated with Lord Ram's prolonged stay.
"I am filled with emotion, overwhelmed by feelings that are entirely new to me," he expressed. Reflecting on the significance of the moment, he acknowledged that the dream cherished by generations is now becoming a reality before his eyes.
According to officials, the Prime Minister will follow the guidelines mentioned in the scriptures for the 'pran pratishtha' ceremony. On January 22, PM Modi will preside over the opening of the temple and the 'pran patishtha' ceremony in Ayodhya.
PM Modi also said that he will start the special exercise from the holy place of Panchvati. He also paid special tribute to Swami Vivekanand and Jijabai in his message.
Drawing connections to the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and Jijabai, the mother of Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji, he noted the influence of their legacies. Remembering his own mother, who continued to chant 'Sita Ram' until her last breath, Modi shared that as he witnesses the occasion, he holds in his heart 140 crore Indians and countless individuals devoted to the construction of the Ram temple.
Acknowledging the masses as a form of God, he expressed gratitude for their blessings, which energize him. Modi urged people to share their perspectives and extend their blessings as he embarks on this significant journey.
The Congress party has respectfully declined the invitation to attend the inauguration ceremony, accusing the BJP of using Ayodhya as a political project and labeling it a BJP/RSS event.
