PM Narendra Modi to attend Glasgow climate conference
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to attend the UN climate conference in Glasgow in a bid to boost global efforts to cut emissions to fight the effects of global warning.

India is the world's third-biggest emitter of greenhouse gases after China and the United States, and Modi's participation at the COP26, beginning later this month, was considered critical amid uncertainty over whether Chinese President Xi Jinping would attend.
"PM is going to Glasgow," said Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav in an interview.
