PM Modi to visit Malaysia on Feb 7-8

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on an official visit to Malaysia on February 7-8. It will be his third visit to the country and the first after the elevation of India-Malaysia bilateral relationship to a 'Comprehensive Strategic Partnership' in August 2024.

ET was the first to report that Modi will visit Malaysia in early February.

During the visit, Modi is expected to hold discussions with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. He will also interact with members of the Indian community there, as well as industry and business representatives. The 10th India-Malaysia CEO Forum is also scheduled to be held during Modi's Malaysia visit.


The meeting will give the leaders an opportunity to review the entire gamut of bilateral cooperation, including trade and investment and security among others.
