Prime Minister Narendra Modi has responded to Rashmika Mandanna's recent post regarding the Atal Setu in Mumbai.
In the post, the Pushpa actress said. "The Atal Setu cuts two hours of travel time to just 20 minutes. We build this majestic marvel in just seven years. Atal Setu is not just a bridge. It is guarantee of a young Bharat and we need to build hundreds of Atal Setus." The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewri-Nhava Sheva, popularly known as Atal Setu, which was inaugurated by PM Modi in January. The bridge connects south Mumbai with Navi Mumbai.

Rashmika Mandanna praises PM Modi
In a recent interview with ANI, actress Rashmika Mandanna expressed admiration for India's rapid infrastructure advancements over the past decade. She emphasized the significant improvements exemplified by the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), noting that the new sea bridge has drastically reduced travel time between Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Mandanna praised the project's efficiency and convenience, highlighting its role in transforming transportation in the region.She expressed awe at the completion of the 20-kilometer bridge within seven years, describing the development as "brilliant."
Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming projects
Professionally, Rashmika Mandanna is set to collaborate with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in the upcoming action thriller 'Sikandar,' slated for an Eid 2025 release. This project reunites Salman Khan with producer Sajid Nadiadwala and is directed by A.R. Murugadoss. Mandanna's recent successes include her role in the box-office hit 'Animal,' alongside Ranbir Kapoor, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. She will also appear in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' with Allu Arjun and Fahad Faasil, releasing on August 15, 2024, and in 'Kubera' with Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Jim Sarbh, scheduled for December 31, 2024.

Additionally, actor Vicky Kaushal announced the completion of 'Chhava,' a period drama directed by Laxman Utekar, where he stars alongside Mandanna. This film, based on Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, is produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films.
