Mittal's Optimism and Observations
Mittal expressed his excitement on social media, particularly noting the mandate, especially in Uttar Pradesh. He wrote, "Wow, what a mandate - especially UP. That’s why they say ‘never underestimate the power of the common man’ Now all eyes on BJP internal power dynamics & NDA politics. Picture abhi baaki hai," highlighting the unpredictability of politics and the importance of internal party dynamics.



A Decisive Victory for the National Democratic Alliance
The election results, announced on June 4th, 2024, have granted the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) the mandate to form the central government. The NDA secured a total of 293 seats, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alone winning 240 seats. In contrast, the Congress party managed to secure victory in only 99 seats.
