Bandipore (J&K): Speaking on internet restrictions in parts of Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama due to security reasons till November 08, Jammu Kashmir National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah on November 08 said that it would be good if people were explained the reasons of suspending internet.
