India reach a total of 212/4, with a stunning 36 runs scored in the last over.
During the third and final India-Afghanistan T20I, skipper Rohit Sharma expressed his frustration to umpire Virender Sharma over a decision that extended his wait to score in the series.

Rohit, who had been dismissed for ducks in the first two matches, played a shot off Fareed Ahmad's delivery that would have given him his first runs of the series. However, the umpire signaled leg-byes instead of a boundary, leaving Rohit stranded on 0.

"Viru, did you give the first ball as thigh pad? It clearly touched the bat. I already have two zeros in the series," Rohit was heard saying.

Despite the early setback, Rohit displayed exceptional performance and led the team's fightback. He scored a record fifth T20I century off 64 balls, rescuing India from a precarious 22/4.

Making his comeback to T20Is after a gap of 14 months, Rohit achieved his highest score (121 not out off 69 balls) in the shortest format. This century marked his first in all T20 cricket since January 2019.

In India's final T20I before the T20 World Cup, Rohit made a strong statement with his career-best knock, helping India reach a total of over 200 despite the early collapse. Rinku also played a crucial role, finishing unbeaten on 69 with three consecutive sixes to end the innings.

During the last over, an astonishing 36 runs were scored, including five sixes, taking India's total to 212/4.

The unbeaten partnership of 190 runs between Rohit and Rinku is now the highest for India in men's T20Is.
