Air India Urination row: Shankar Mishra's father denies claims says 'I don't think he would do it'
Following Shankar Mishra's termination from Wells Fargo earlier on Friday, his father has appeared on television news to dispute the allegations against his son.

Speaking to India Today, Mishra said that the claims against his son were "totally false," and that the "full facts were not out"

"This is a totally false case. My son was traveling from the US. He had not slept for 72 hours. He might have taken a drink on the flight and slept. What happened after that even he doesn't know. It's very difficult to prove," Mishra said.

In addition, the former Wells Fargo employee's parent said that there was no way that this incident took place, shifting the blame onto the complainant.

"I don't think he would have done this. The woman is 72-years-old, she is like a mother to him," he added.

Over the past few days, Delhi Police have been looking for the younger Mishra, with teams sent out to Bengaluru and Maharashtra. Following which American bank Wells Fargo terminated him from his job.
