A viral video has emerged on social media in which Lok Sabha MPs can be seen slapping and thrashing the intruder, Sagar Sharma. In the video, the intruder can be seen being dragged and wildly slapped by MPs inside Lok Sabha. As per reports, RLP MP Hanuman Beniwal, Maluknath (BSP) and Gurpreet Singh were the three MPs who assisted the staff in nabbing the two. The three MPs can also be seen slapping the intruder in the video.

In a big security breach on Wednesday, two individuals leaped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the public gallery during Zero Hour, releasing yellow gas from canisters and shouting slogans before being subdued by MPs.

Simultaneously, two others, including a woman, discharged colored gas and chanted 'tanashahi nahi chalegi' (dictatorship will not be tolerated) outside the Parliament premises. Security forces have arrested all four individuals involved. The recent protestors, after releasing smoke from gas canisters outside the Parliament building, chanted slogans such as "Tanashahi Nahi Chalegi" (dictatorship will not be allowed), "Bharat Mata Ki Jai," and "Jai Bheem, Jai Bharat," according to police officials.

The identities of the two individuals engaged in the Lok Sabha incident are Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan. Sharma, a guest of Mysuru Lok Sabha member Prathap Simha, was in the visitor's gallery.

At approximately 1 pm, the duo entered the Lok Sabha well from the public gallery. While one was observed leaping over benches, the other dangled from the gallery before ultimately jumping into the chamber, as reported by several MPs present in the House.

Rajendra Agrawal, a BJP member presiding over the session, adjourned proceedings until 2 pm due to the presence of yellow-colored smoke in one section of the Lok Sabha chamber.

The intrusion comes amid a warning issued by Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a Khalistani terrorist based in the US, who recently issued a video threat, indicating a potential attack on Parliament on or before December 13.

In response to the incident, security has been increased in the area.

Incidentally, the Parliament was previously attacked on December 13, 2001, by terrorists affiliated with the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed groups, resulting in the deaths of nine people.
