"Pakistan's human rights record has deteriorated drastically. Muslim minorities in Pak including Shias, Hazaras have been subjected to violence and systemic persecution," said Pawan Badhe, First Secy, Permanent Mission in Geneva at Pakistan's Human Rights review at Human Rights Council.
