India has strongly condemned Pakistan's "reckless, war-mongering, and hateful" comments, warning that any misadventure will have "painful consequences". The Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal, emphasized that Pakistan's modus operandi is to whip up anti-India rhetoric to hide its own failures.
