Pakistan-based terrorist, Farhatullah Ghori, on Tuesday released a disturbing video on Telegram, urging his followers to carry out train derailments in Delhi, Mumbai, and other major cities across India, reported TOI.

In the video, Ghori, a wanted figure by Indian intelligence, called on his adherents to "cripple infrastructure" by targeting supply chains, particularly petrol pipelines, transport systems, and railway lines.

"Target petrol pipelines, their logistics chain, and the collaborators... disrupt the railway lines, their transport system... These will precipitate chaos," TOI quoted Ghori as saying. He accused Indian authorities of targeting properties linked to their network through enforcement agencies but vowed that they would "usurp power sooner or later."

This video has alarmed Indian authorities, particularly the mention of train derailments. Security officials are currently investigating several incidents, including the placement of cement blocks on railway tracks on August 23 and 24, aimed at derailing a Vande Bharat train.

Ghori’s call for "fidayeen war" or suicide attacks targeting Hindu leaders and police further underscores the rising threat. Intelligence sources confirm that the video has been in circulation for one to two weeks, raising concerns over its potential impact.

As per the TOI report, Ghori has been on the Indian radar for years, with a history of involvement in terrorist activities, including the 2002 Akshardham temple attack in Gandhinagar. His recent resurgence is linked to ISI efforts to destabilize India, with reports suggesting that Ghori has been recruiting Indian youth, particularly students, under the guise of an Islamic State (IS) recruiter.

In March, Ghori made headlines after releasing another video inciting war against India, allegedly as part of an ISI-backed effort. Despite being declared a terrorist by the Indian government in 2020, Ghori has continued to operate from Lahore, Pakistan. Intelligence agencies suspect that his recent visibility is part of a broader ISI strategy aimed at disrupting communal harmony in India.

Authorities are on high alert, closely monitoring developments and potential threats stemming from Ghori's call for violence.
