Noida labour protest: Stir continues as talks begin; CM Yogi flags possible ‘Naxal Revival’ attempt

Tensions in Noida’s industrial hub eased a day after massive labour protests turned violent across multiple sectors. Workers demanding higher wages and better conditions staged demonstrations that escalated into arson, vandalism, and stone pelting in parts of Gautam Buddh Nagar. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has termed the unrest a possible conspiracy, even flagging concerns over attempts to revive Naxalism. A high-powered committee has now been formed to engage with workers and industry stakeholders.
