Noida Traffic Alert: Police announce road closure on this route, check advisory, alternate routes, other details

The Noida Authority has announced that the fourth phase of repair work on the Elevated Road will begin on Friday, May 10. This phase will focus on resurfacing the stretch from Sector 31/25 to Sector 18, leading to a traffic diversion in this area. The repair work has already caused traffic congestion near the Sector-61 Shopprix Mall and the Sector-33 RTO office, particularly during peak hours, affecting commuters heading to schools, colleges, and workplaces.

To minimize the impact of traffic congestion, authorities will reroute vehicles heading towards DND, Chilla, Delhi, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and Parichowk. Alternative routes have been announced, and commuters are urged to follow the revised traffic patterns to ensure a smooth commute during the repair period.

Noida Traffic Advisory

• Traffic from Sector-33 ISKCON Temple towards Sector-18 and the Noida Greater Noida Expressway will be diverted via the MP3 Road route through Sector-35 Morna.
• Vehicles from Sector-33 ISKCON Temple heading towards Sector-18, Chilla/DND can take a U-turn before the Sector-31/25 Chowk via Adobe Chowk and Stadium Chowk, continuing on the MP-1 route.
• Traffic from Sector-67/Police Station Phase-3 towards Sector-18 should take a left turn at the Sector-60 underpass and follow the MP3 route via Hoshiarpur, City Centre to Sector 37/Botanical Garden.
• Vehicles from Sector-62/Model Town, NH-24 heading towards Sector-18 via the Sector-60 underpass can use the MP-3 route through Sector-71/52 to reach Hoshiarpur, City Centre, and Sector 37/Botanical Garden.
• Traffic from Sector-71 towards Sector-18 will be directed via the Sector-52 Metro on the MP-3 route, passing through Hoshiarpur and City Centre to Sector 37/Botanical Garden.
• Vehicles from Kisan Chowk and Parthala heading towards Sector-18 will use the MP3 route from the Sector-71 underpass through Hoshiarpur and City Centre to Sector 37/Botanical Garden.
