NIA declares Rs 10 lakh reward on Khalistani terrorist

According to the NIA, Kashmir Singh has been booked under section 120B, 121, 121A of IPC. Apart from this, a case was registered against Singh under sections 17, 18, 18B and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Kashmir Singh Galwadi’s name crops up during FIR in ‘terror gangster network’ case.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Kashmir Singh Galwadi, alias Balbir Singh, who has been accused in several cases, including the Nabha jail break. The agency said Galwadi is wanted in connection with their probe related to the Khalistani network. The name of Kashmir Singh had cropped up during the registration of an FIR in the terror-gangster network case, the probe agency said.

According to the NIA, Kashmir Singh has been booked under section 120B, 121, 121A of IPC. Apart from this, a case was registered against Singh under sections 17, 18, 18B and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Liberation Force chief Harminder Kaur Mintoo and Kashmir Singh conspired together to escape from Nabha Jail. A gunman had come in police uniform and attacked the guard standing at the gate with a knife. After this, they entered the jail and attacked with their automatic guns and rescued Mintu and Balbir Singh.
