NIA conducts searches in J&K's Rajouri
NIA carried out searches in Rajouri district related to the June 9 attack in Pouni area, revealing ties to overground workers and seized incriminating material.

The searches were carried out at the instance of an alleged overground worker Hakam Khan of Rajouri, who officials claimed had provided safe shelter, logistics and food to terrorists involved in the attack. J&K Police had informed about the arrest of Hakam Khan on June 19.
"Searched five locations linked with hybrid terrorists and overground workers. The locations were pointed out by the arrested accused, Hakam Khan @HakinDin," NIA officials said.
The attack took place on June 9 evening at Pouni area of Reasi, when two to three attackers targeted a bus carrying pilgrims from Shiv Khori cave temple to Mata Vaishnov Devi temple in Katra. Following the attack, police questioned and detained around 100 people in connection with the attack.
"The searches, conducted as part of the NIA probe in the case, led to the seizure of various items showing linkages between terrorists and OGWs. NIA has started examining the seized material...," read the official NIA statement.
