To enhance accessibility and efficiency, Lok Adalats, in collaboration with the traffic police, will set up dedicated help desks in every district court nationwide.
In a bid to expedite the resolution of various pending court cases, this year's last Lok Adalats will be organised across the country on December 9. These Adalats are designed to address a range of issues such as civil, petty criminal, family, property, labor, bank loan, revenue, forest, motor accident claims, and challan or e-challan cases. The Lok Adalats aim to provide a simplified and efficient mechanism for dispute resolution.

In order to make the process more accessible and streamlined, Lok Adalats, in conjunction with the traffic police, will establish dedicated help desks at all the district courts across the country. These help desks will help individuals with pending traffic violation cases who seek to settle fines or address related concerns. Those seeking assistance can easily obtain information regarding their pending challans by simply sharing their vehicle's registration number, enabling them to request that their case be presented before the Lok Adalat.

For settlement of your challans and any other legal disputes, you are advised to collect all the legal documents related to your case. It is also advised to also check whether any prior appointment is needed for settlement of your case on December 9. For example, in Delhi, you need to make an appointment for the settlement of any case through Lok adalats.

The primary goal of this collaborative effort is to simplify the legal process and significantly reduce the backlog of cases. By providing a dedicated platform for addressing traffic violation cases, individuals can expect quicker resolutions and more efficient handling of their concerns.
