New Delhi: Maharashtra Airport Development Co (MADC) on Friday approached Supreme Court, challenging a Bombay HC order that asked it to refund Wipro ₹10.29 crore that the company paid as advance for allotment of land in Nagpur.

MADC had cancelled a letter of acceptance for leasing the land to Wipro and forfeited the advance payment.

The HC in August last ruled that retaining the amount would constitute unjust composite project enrichment by MADC.
