According to a BJP source, Nadda may address traders and MSME owners next, keeping in mind that the state has the highest number of MSMEs at about 9 million.
The address is part of the BJP’s plan to get in touch with as many professionals as possible ahead of the next year’s assembly polls.
Nadda, while praising doctors and other healthcare workers, highlighted the work done by the Centre and the state in the field of medical infrastructure and the steps taken by the UP government to tackle the Covid-19 crisis.
“You all deserve praise for the way you have served humanity. No certificate is enough. Inner satisfaction is the only reward.”
He shared BJP’s plan to create 4 lakh “healthcare volunteers” in 2 lakh villages across the country who can help in providing medical aid to people in the event of a third wave. He also highlighted BJP governments’ efforts in establishing AIIMS across the country.
“Who knew this delta variant would come? That it would reach the lungs in 1.5-2 days; that oxygen demand would be so high. We are with the people who faced hardships, but we should also understand that Modiji made the country self-sufficient in oxygen in one week,” Nadda said.
