Senior advocate Sandeep Sethi, appearing for Rai, told the court that completely unreal intimate images of the actor were being circulated online."There can be no right in their favour to use her images, likeness or persona. Rai was also represented by advocates Pravin Anand and Dhruv Anand.
The high court has listed the matter for further proceedings before the joint registrar on November 7 and for hearing before the court on January 15, 2026.
