For the first time since February, Maharashtra had recorded over 1,000 daily Covid-19 cases on Wednesday.
Maharashtra reported 1,045 new Covid-19 cases today. Of the new cases, Mumbai reported 704 infections. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray today called a Covid-19 task force meeting amid a surge in Covid cases in the state.
