Agressive bosses.
A Mumbai-based entrepreneur recently took to social media to express his concerns about leaders who resort to shouting at their colleagues or team members. Arindam Paul, a start-up founder, emphasized that such behavior, once glorified in the past, should not be normalized in today's corporate environment.

"Anyone who shouts at colleagues/team members has no business being a leader. And no business being in a corporate setup," Paul wrote on X, a popular microblogging platform.

Paul urged individuals not to normalize shouting within organizations and advised them to speak up if subjected to such behavior. He advocated for being assertive through actions rather than raising one's voice, stating that assertiveness can be maintained without resorting to rudeness.

The post, shared two days ago on X, has gained significant traction, accumulating over 62,000 views and 600 likes. It has also sparked a flurry of responses from X users.

Responding to Paul's post, one user recounted past experiences of rudeness in corporate settings, expressing hope that such behaviors remain relics of the past. Another user shared personal experiences of encountering rude behavior from managers and emphasized the importance of confronting such behavior.

Adding to the discussion, a third user advised individuals to prioritize self-respect and consider walking out of meetings where they are subjected to verbal abuse. The sentiment was echoed by other users who praised Paul's stance on respectful leadership and constructive communication.
