Morbi bridge collapse: 9 staff of Ajanta Infra detained; Congress demands judicial inquiry
9 accused including managers, staff, and contractor have been placed under detention and are being questioned in the Morbi Bridge Collapse case. The Congress on Monday demanded a judicial inquiry into the Morbi suspension bridge collapse in Gujarat, alleging that prima facie it seems to be a case of "criminal negligence" and "gross misgovernance". At least 134 people have died in the bridge collapse.
