Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that the revenge of Pahalgam attack on April 22 was taken within 22 minutes by India's armed forces through Operation Sindoor.

Speaking in the Lok Sabha, the prime minister said no leader anywhere in the world asked India to stop its operation.

Modi said that the government trusts in the army and was given a free hand to decide the nature of strikes during Operation Sindoor.

Pakistani army had an idea that India will launch a massive attack right after the Pahalgam attack. They had already threatened of nuclear attacks. Even then Pakistan could not do anything on the night of the attack," Modi said.

The prime minister noted that India called out Pakistan's nuclear bluff and showed the world that "we will not bow down to nuclear blackmail".

"Our operations range from Sindoor to Sindhu (Indus Waters Treaty)... Pakistan knows they have to pay a huge price for any misadventure. Terror attacks were launched earlier and the masterminds of attacks knew nothing would happen, but now they know India will come for them."
