Massive protest held in Arunachal Pradesh demanding release of Tapor Pullom

A massive protest was held against China in Arunachal Pradesh's Monigong Circle demanding release of Tapor Pullom.

All Shajee Youth Association and the local unit of the Adi Bane Kebang held the protest alleging that Pullom is in PLA custody.

Following the safe return of Miram Taron, Member of Parliament from Arunachal Pradesh Tapir Gao raised the matter of Tapor Pullom, who went missing in 2015.


All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) stated this matter must be taken by the state and central governments.

Recently, Indian Army on Monday handed over Arunachal Pradesh teenager Miram Taron to his family. On January 27, Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) handed over Taron to the Indian Army. He had gone missing since January 18 while he was at the international border.
