Manipur: Miscreants allegedly loot Rs 20 lakh from SBI branch in Churachandpur district

Kokrajhar: The SBI in the K.Salbung branch in Churachandpur in Manipur was looted by some miscreants on Thursday.

Police said that the exact amount of money looted is around 20 lakh as per information received and the investigation team of the police department rushed the spot to traces down the activities of the looters.

He added that there were around 4 miscreants who entered the bank and also fired one and looted around 20 lakh rupees.


They ran away towards Kangvai.

In last one year couple of banks were looted in Manipur.
