The Anti-Corruption Department began investigating Om Prakash Singh following orders from the government. They found that from January 1, 2013, to May 31, 2022, Singh earned a total of Rs 33,58,867 from sources such as his salary, bonuses, and bank interest.
However, during this period, Singh spent Rs 1,02,88,143 on obtaining and maintaining both movable and immovable properties. His expenditure exceeds his legitimate income by Rs 69.29 lakh.

Consequently, the Anti-Corruption Department has filed a case against him and is taking further action.
