Suvendu Adhikari has expanded his council of ministers, with 35 additional BJP MLAs taking the oath of office at Nabanna. The oath ceremony was administered by R. N. Ravi, taking the total strength of the West Bengal cabinet to 41 members. The expansion is aimed at enhancing regional, community and gender representation in the state government.
